Reloaded 2008 Results

Posted by: Racs-MC

The festivities of Reloaded LAN 08 came to a close tonight with the winners prize presentations across a huge number of games and platforms. Sydney Underground Counter-Strike Source players and PGR racer James ‘Cam’ Davey both won their respective competitions with relative ease. The Counter-Strike Source team going through both days of competition without a loss and over coming Sequential Gaming in the grand final, while Cam easily set the fastest lap times in PGR 4. Congratulation to both divisions as well as their opponents, its good to see so many gamers turning up to the event, and a congratulations must also go to Wookie for the event organization.

It’s good to see a lot of the recent hard work is beginning to pay off across the board. With the next CGS season just around the corner and the Counter-Strike boys overcoming their ex-teammates, the Sydney Underground look to be making the most of their pre-season preparation.

Well done guys!

I'd never really seen top level CSS played live right in front of me, and you guys put on one hell of a show

Also, Morps has told me a lot about Cam, so It was cool to meet him and see him race.

On behalf of the whole Gamestah Team, specifically Glimmmer and myself, Congrats to Boomser, Tegs, SouLjah, togguN and the unstopppable Huk for such a dominating performance at Reloaded LAN in Adelaide.

For me personally it was the first time I'd seen the Sydney Underground in action and the teamwork, discipline and individual skill wa very impressive. You certainly have what it takes to go all the way with CGS.

Our review of the event is available at www.gamestah.com on the front page and we anticipate having the shoutcast recordings available for download by the end of today (Wed Jan 30th).

Once again well done to you and all those behind the scenes at Sydney Undergound.

Cheers
